Evaluating employee sales

Tracking the sales of each employee can be very beneficial. If you have an exceptionally good salesperson that is leading in sales we suggest offering a bonus on a weekly basis. This will motivate your employees to provide better service and get more sales for you.

Every sale is tracked with the employee initials. It is also dated and time stamped in the sales record. This let you know who made the sale and what time. Store cameras can also be checked to verify sales using this timestamp.

To view the current performance simply click the Evaluate employee performance button. The initials and totals will be displayed.

If you would like you may view this information in a graphical format, just press the build employee chart button. The chart, if available, will be created and can be viewed by scrolling upward.
